In times of need, the public turns to government to help. National, State, county and city governments come together as the bridge between donors and local voluntary organizations. The Aidmatrix Network provides a way to handle this exchange efficiently.
Less Paperwork, More Relief Work
Donors love it -- one-stop location for giving. Governments love it -- no more hand-written telephone offers. Most importantly, it lessens the administrative burden on everyone. This allows valuable resources to focus on relief work, not paperwork.
The Technology Suite includes the following modules:
- In-Kind Donations Management
Unsolicited donations can be logged, tracked, viewed and shared with the VOAD community. Real-time online access 24x7 from any Internet connection. No software required.
- Volunteer Management
Unsolicited volunteers are provided education on how to get involved. They are provided with links to the State’s partners that are accepting volunteer applications. Then, volunteer information can be collected directly, or integrated into an existing volunteer solution.
- Warehouse Management
The Disaster Relief Warehouse maintains real-time inventory tracking. It can share this data in whole or in part with the VOAD community. It can also provide inventory views into multiple warehouses in a single screen.
- Financial Donations Referral
VOAD members are listed on the portal and donors can select the VOAD of their choice. States manage the VOAD list and 100% of the donation goes to the VOAD. No middleman.
The basic package is provided FREE to all 50 States. Customizations are available to make it seamless with your existing systems. Grants are available to help.
