Mr. Rich is Managing Partner of Communications and High Tech at Accenture North America in Irving, Texas. In leading his $2 billion operating unit, Mr. Rich is responsible for approximately 10,000 personnel, as well as establishing vision and growth initiatives and managing Accenture’s investments/marketing approach and service offerings. As a luminary on global business issues, Rich's perspective has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, National Public Radio, and other renowned publications and programs.

Dr. Clarke Caywood
Chair, Governance Committee

Dr. Caywood is Professor of the Medill School of Journalism and a senior leader in the Marketing Communications Department at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He holds a joint doctorate in business and journalism-mass communications. Dr. Caywood helped create the internationally known Integrated Marketing Communications Graduate Program at Northwestern University. He was named by PRWeek as one of the most influential 100 PR people of the 20th century and one of the top 10 outstanding educators in 2000.

Sarinder Chhabra
Fundraising Committee

Mr. Chhabra is former Senior Vice President of i2 Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Since joining i2 in 1997, Mr. Chhabra built a world class Global Customer Support and Services organization. He was responsible for managing i2’s maintenance revenues while ensuring customer satisfaction, building eSupport tools and processes, and initiating revenue generating programs like MOST.

Bill Haney
Chair, Fundraising Committee

Mr. Haney is CEO of Derse Exhibits in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Derse Exhibits designs, builds and manages global trade show programs with annual sales revenue in excess of $100 million. Mr. Haney has been with Derse for 30 years at all levels within the company, including the areas of administration, operations, sales and marketing. He is also a member of the executive committee and has served on various boards of directors.

Michael McGrath
Co-chair, GlobalReach Council

Mr. McGrath is founder of Decide Better! and is the former President and CEO of i2 Technologies, Inc. in York, Maine. Mr. McGrath was appointed in 2005 as the new CEO of i2 and has helped raise revenue to over $340 million. He is an expert in product strategy, product development and supply chain management, derived from founding a leading consulting firm and his experience in managing application software companies. He serves on the board of trustees of a hospital, college and private school, and is a trustee of the McGrath Foundation which supports educational and religious institutions.

Samuel B. Smart, III
Secretary and Treasurer

Mr. Smart is a retired Senior Partner of Accenture in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Smart served Accenture with more than 25 years of experience consulting to major consumer products, energy and electronics companies. His consulting experience focused on programs that delivered business results by applying a combination of program management, business process design, organization change and practical technology applications. Smart is also a board member of The Kidney Foundation and the Key School.

Sean McCaffrey
Mr. McCaffrey spent 5 years in financial services and 20 years in telecommunications. He served on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels and as the Vice President of Fundraising and Marketing. He delivered meals for the organization for eight years. He was also a Big Brother and spoke for United Way Capital Campaigns. Mr. McCaffrey has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from St. Edward's University. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children and live in Luckenbach, Texas.

Gwen Moore
Ms. Moore has worked with various non-profits throughout her 25 years in Dallas. The last ten years have been devoted to the PLAN Fund providing micro-loans and business development services for low- to moderate-income entrepreneurs in Dallas. Ms. Moore was honored by the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in 2007 with the Freedom Hero Award and by the 44th Annual SMU Women's Symposium in 2009 with the Profiles in Leadership Award.

Terry S. Thomas
Mr. Thomas is the VP/GM for PepsiCo’s Dollar and Convenience & Gas Channels with global responsibilities for 7-Eleven. He has held a variety of General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Operations roles in a number of markets including work for Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Thomas received his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. He is a former board of trustee member for Boy & Girls Club of Chicago, Life Direction, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association of the Midwest. He is also a life member of the Iota Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha. Mr. Thomas is married with three children. Currently, he resides in Dallas, Texas.

Governor Scott McCallum, President & CEO
Gov. McCallum, former Governor of Wisconsin, has more than 30 years of executive experience leading organizations in the private, non profit, and government sectors. Elected as one of the youngest State Senators in Wisconsin history, he was re-elected twice, then elected four times as Lt. Governor prior to serving as Governor. As Governor of WI, Gov. McCallum was cited by the Wall Street Journal during the economic slowdown of 2001 as being one of the 'political tough guys' for balancing the budget without raising taxes, while enacting economic reforms and creating efficiencies using technology.

Gov. McCallum has taught Public Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has been an Executive in Residence instructor for Northwestern University, has taught marketing at Sun Yat-Sen University and Hunan University in China. He teaches in the School of Health and Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has numerous publications, most recently a chapter in "Managing Technology to Meet your Mission," and the article "How Technology is Transforming Disaster Relief." He sits on several boards of directors. Gov. McCallum was a finalist for the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Gov. McCallum serves as President and CEO of The Aidmatrix Foundation, the leading global nonprofit that uses information technology to create efficiencies between donors and those in need.
